So, it's been a bit hectic since November with exams then the Holidays that were then followed by more exams (which was delightful). But I've survived! I'll be trying to actually post regularly and hopefully this'll become a habit (even if I seem to be terrible at this).

Spiced tea and orange sponge cake

Here's a pretty unassuming cake, it looks like your average sponge cake. However! Behind its plain exterior it packs a lot of flavor and a fluffy light texture (and I do mean very fluffy and light; if you ever wondered what eating a cloud feels like, this is it).
